The fee is $325 for base filling, for Fraud prevention $500, if the organization has less than 25 member’s means $750, if the organization has more than 25 members means $1,500 and for the H1 Transfers premium processing is extra charged $1,225. The amount is not refundable. Only in the case delaying in the process of giving visa by USCIS, the amount $1,225 is refundable.
